So this sembreak isn't turning out like I expected it to be. All plans are being cancelled at the last minute. Bummer, I know. Boredom is eating me so when my friend Yana told me that she'll be visiting school, I immediately told her I'd be glad to accompany her.

After more than a week of not being  in school, we surely missed the food and whatnot so we decided to grab some frappes. I swear I'll treat the barista who'll get my name right. Meh. -.-

 It was quite amusing to find our school's local McDonald's branch to be almost deserted at 6pm onwards but we're grateful we didn't have to look for a vacant table. Of course we pigged out and made our tummies happy. :)

We were hoping to see the lights and Christmas decorations but they didn't light all of them up, sad. Maybe when classes resumed. It was still pretty though, as always.

We sat on the grass and continued catching up on each other (and confided). Feels good to finally tell someone suppressed feelings and stories no one can relate but your closest friends. We decided to head home at 9 pm and I took the bus. The traffic was really light unlike if there are classes and the 1 hour trip gave me time to look out the window and clear my head.

I guess unplanned trips are the best.
