Hello Internet!

It is officially summer here in the Philippines. School's out! Gone are the days of waking up early, walking like a zombie on the halls and painstakingly crossing my fingers over test results and grades (yay!). So far, my vacation's being spent on bumming around: watching movies, TV series marathon, reading YA novels, and sleeping (god, I'm so lazy). My parents have yet to make plans so I really don't have anything to do yet.

As for my second year at uni, I could say that it has been good, I passed all my subjects (hence, I get the summer vacation) and I'm looking forward to the next (3rd year please be good to me). My block mates had been great, I have joined some organizations which I loved, met new people, did some YOLOing. Typical college student things. So there's that.

Recently, my parents (finally!) bought me a DSLR. Since my 18th birthday is coming up, they decided to buy me the camera as a present. It's a Canon Rebel T5 otherwise known as 1200D. It's a really great deal because we learned that their manager graduated from my uni and gave us a discount. Also, they threw in a couple of freebies and even gave me a photography tutorial. I have been exploring it for a while and here are a few of my shots:

Most of the time, I'm just taking pictures of my cat & trust me, he's enjoying it. :D
